Shipping Policy

At Minsaline, We Aim to deliver your orders safely and quickly as possible.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed with in 2-5 Working Days, orders placed on weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time:

Within Punjab: 3-4 Working Days

Other Provinces: 4-5 Working Days

Please Note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, Law n Order situation or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number through Email depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address and contact so we didn’t responsible for that.

Delayed or Missing Orders:

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your Order number or Tracking number so we can check its status with the courier. 

Damaged Packages: 

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible or with in 5-7 Days when you received the order and provide photographs/Videos of the package and its contents, we will exchange according to Return or exchange policy.
